  • BT

    Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or willingness to acquire certification.


    Previous experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral disorders (preferred).


    Ability to collect and record data accurately and consistently.


    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.


    Patience and empathy when working with individuals with behavioral or developmental challenges.


    Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing needs and environments.


    Professionalism and commitment to ethical practices in behavior analysis.


    Clear background check, including criminal history and child abuse clearances.

  • BCaBA

    Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.


    Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).


    Proficiency in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.


    Ability to collect and analyze data to assess progress and adjust interventions as needed.


    Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.


    Comprehensive understanding of behavior analytic principles, techniques, and ethical guidelines.


    Familiarity with assessment tools and methods used in ABA.


    Adherence to the ethical guidelines and professional standards set by the BACB.


    Commitment to ongoing professional development and meeting the BCaBA's continuing education requirements to maintain certification.


    Clear background check, including criminal history and child abuse clearances.


    Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and follow direction from supervisors to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.

  • BCBA

    Ensuring all interventions and decisions are made with the clients' assent, respecting their right to be involved in their treatment planning.


    Engaging clients in meaningful ways to obtain their input and agreement when appropriate.


    Proficiency in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
